(1)Our transaction fee is 5% of the item's price.
(2)Our transaction fee of 50,000 yen or less is 2,000 yen + 5% of the item's price
All of our products are brand new, not secondhand.
These are Japan 100 V version models.
These might be machines you need a transformer in your country.
Please learn it more while handling such a machines.
We are not responsible for any damages caused by these machines
We advise you have to purchase it on your own risk and liability.
Delivery service to your hotel.
For tourists:
We can deliver your items to your hotel according to the your tour schedule.
Delivery service fee depends on the item size and hotel address.
Picking up:
You can pick up your items in our shop.
Visitors must pay the total amount in advance before coming to our shop.
We’ll keep your item in our shop till you’ll come to our shop.
Order,cancellation
Please order the item under deep consideration because we shall not accept order cancel after order.
You can not cancel it even if it's a defective unit.
A defective unit will be repaired by the maker.
Loss or damages
Insurance is available in case of loss or damages during transport.
Servicing
Please keep all of packing materials and documentation for machine despair service
Warranty
Every product we sell has warranty.
But warranty is valid in Japan only.
Standard warranty term is 1 year.
Warranty is valid within 1 year from the invoice date.
Note:
Some maker's product does not have a warranty card, but only a customer card in the box.
Repair service fee is at your own charge , not free in such case.
Unfortunately when your machine does not work well,
send us it to ask maker repair service.
Shipping cost( round trip) is on your burden.
Repair charge is free for 1 year since your purchase.
Service fee is charged since 1 year warranty time has expired.
Extended warranty is not available.
